MY BIO

I believe that education can make the world a better place. I also believe that learning is part of human nature and that a person at any age can be enlightened and empowered by learning. As a school teacher, I endeavour to use my knowledge, skills, and passion to inspire my students; as a school administrator and a teacher educator, I strive to encourage and facilitate individual and collective learning and development. I use research to inform my practice and appreciate different opinions and perspectives from others.

I have been working in a number of excellent educational organizations in which I learn to become a more competent teacher, a collaborative team player, and a caring leader. My current school is a bilingual school offering IBPYP, IPC, IMYC, IGCSE, IBDP, in addition to the Chinese national curriculum in the compulsory education period. The main responsibilities that I undertake in the school include bilingual curriculum development and teacher professional development.
