DOCTOR OF EDUCATION, THE UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO
Studied in the department of Educational Leadership and Policy. Worked with a number of world-leading professors including Dr. Michael Connelly, Dr. Steven Anderson, Dr. Michael Fullan, and Dr. Ian Westbury. As a result of this doctoral study, I published a book titled Teacher education in professional learning communities.
2012 - 2009
MASTER OF EDUCATION, SHANGHAI NORMAL UNIVERSITY
Majored in Educational Administration, I was exposed to main theories and practices in relation to education administration and school management. My master degree thesis focused on teacher professional development strategies in international settings.

Upgrade my mathematical knowledge and skills after a few years of teaching in schools.

I majored in Mathematics Education. This learning experience laid foundational knowledge for me when we continue to study mathematics and teach mathematics in middle schools and high schools. I also learned basic pedagogical knowledge and skills through a practicum in a middle school.
