VICE PRINCIPAL AND IBDP COORDINATOR, NOIC ACADEMY
Be in charge of the online OSSD program in collaboration with a team based in the Great Toronto Area in Canada and another team in Beijing China. Also leading the onsite IBDP program of the school.

EXECUTIVE PRINCIPAL, SABS
Beginning as the vice Principal and later became the executive Principal of the large K-12 school encompassing four divisions from KG to HS. I mainly responsible for the management of the international high school, the development and implementation of bilingual curriculum across the large school, and teacher professional development especially in the bilingual and international education setting.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION, NORD ANGLIA EDUCATION (CHINA)
Working with a team in the Education Department in NAE China, we oversaw the curriculum development and implementation in NAE bilingual schools. In collaboration with principals in these schools, we monitor the quality of teaching and learning. We also provide trainings to teachers and make connections between the large NAE with the schools in the China region.
September 2016 - June 2018
IBDP COORDINATOR, NOIC ACADEMY
Working with a group of excellent IB educators, we built a new IBDP program in the school and helped the first DP class graduate successfully. I was responsible for the DP curriculum implementation and its alignment with the OSSD curriculum requirements. I worked with teachers to ensure the school to pass the first Ministry inspection of the IBDP program.

DIRECTOR, SHANGHAI PINGHE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL
As the director of the high school division, I was responsible for the operation of the division, teacher recruitment and development, and community and parent involvement. I also worked with the curriculum coordinator to make sure the school curriculum was relevant and of high quality.
